The Brand Hour

You've felt the click before. In a hallway, a text, halfway through dinner, when the real thing came out of you clean and you thought, that's it. And then you couldn't find that sentence again when you needed it.

This hour is for finding it on purpose.

There's no interviewer's clipboard. No "tell me your three differentiators." Just a conversation with questions that find the thing your messaging has been missing, and might be the reason your people are missing you. 

And somewhere as you let yourself just talk naturally, without planning to, you'll say something true. You'll feel it before you understand why: a small jolt, an exhale, the back of your neck telling you before your brain catches up. Oh. There it is. 

I'll listen for where your language is leaving you out, and follow the thread until something true surfaces.
